Ordering
Each Sunny Pause piece is made to order. Choose your product and size, add it to your bag, then review delivery and the final total before paying through our secure hosted checkout.
Common questions
Our framed prints
Each framed print uses 260 gsm matte paper, an oak-coloured wooden frame, a clear acrylic protector and hanging hardware. It arrives assembled, rather than as a loose print.
Choose 8 × 10, 12 × 16 or 18 × 24 inches. These sizes describe the print; allow extra space for the outer frame.
Product images are previews for guidance. The made-to-order colour and frame finish may vary slightly.
Sizing & care
T-shirts come in S–4XL, the hoodie and sweatshirt in S–3XL, and shorts in S–2XL. Open the Fit & sizing guide on any product page for guidance specific to that item.
Follow the care label supplied with the actual garment. For frames, follow the supplied hanging and cleaning instructions; acrylic should be handled gently to avoid scratching.
Delivery & returns
Delivery prices and estimates are calculated after you enter the delivery address at checkout. Different items may be sent separately. The lounge shorts are dispatched from the US, so their delivery times and charges may differ.
Payment is handled through a secure hosted checkout. For returns, damaged items or order questions, use the support link in your order confirmation email so the team can find your order quickly.
Privacy
This shop stores your bag in your browser. Clearing your browser storage removes it. We have not added newsletter signup, advertising trackers or a customer-details form.
At checkout, our checkout and payment providers receive the contact, delivery and payment information needed to complete the order. This website does not store card details.
Customer terms
Products are made to order. Product colours and print placement may vary slightly from the previews, and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
